What is 123InkFast’s policy on shortages?
All shortages must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of the order. To claim a shortage, just complete the shortage claim form located in the Help Center.

If I order today when will I receive my product?
All orders placed prior to 2:00PM in the time zone in which it is placed, go out the same day for next day delivery. Please see our shipping policies for further details.

What forms of payment does 123InkFast accept?
123InkFast Supplies accepts all major credit cards with an open account status you can receive NET 30 Terms. We also accept corporate and government purchase orders.

What is the cost of shipping?
123 InkFast offers free delivery of in stock items to anywhere in the Contiguous United States. A $4.99 handling charge will apply to each order that is less than $45.00 for individual accounts, or $200 for commercial accounts. International orders are shipped at the lowest possible rate based on service requested.

How do I set up an account?
By contacting a 123InkFast Supplies representative or clicking on new customer form and completing all the necessary information. It takes one business day too set up accounts once credit approval has been issued.
