123InkFast accepts Purchase Orders from institutes, universities, government, and corporate entities. They may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 815-356-2795. Please include a Credit Application and Tax Exemption Certificate (if applicable) with your Purchase Order.
To ensure proper processing, the following information must appear on all Purchase Orders:
- Bill To / Ship To information
- Name / E-mail address / Phone number of contact person
- Model Number
Upon our receipt of a Purchase Order, a Sales Acknowledgement will be emailed to the contact person on file. If we have any questions, we will call prior to sending out the Sales Acknowledgement. Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours after they have been processed.
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the Purchase Order and may be remitted via PayPal or check.
